Dalia Sales & Marketing, Inc. was founded by Steve Dalia to serve Real Estate Builders and Developers and Realtors in two key, strategic areas. They are prospect acquisition and sales execution.

Many Builders/Developers and Realtors are focused on Sales Execution and "closing the sale". This is obviously an extremely important function as without it, all prior efforts to get to that point become meaningless.

As important as sales execution is, it cannot play any role unless you have prospects to talk to and work with. This is why we have created and continue to seek out additional methods, tools, techniques to help our stakeholders continually use proven methods of reaching new prospects to keep a steady supply of new, fresh leads coming into their sales funnels each and every day.
